I needed a pull-down screen as there was no space for a fixed frame model. I didn't really need an electric model and I didn't want to buy a cheapie electric with a poor quality screen. This one is great. All you pay for is the quality of the actual screen. The slow retract feature is great too. This product uses the same screen material as electric models worth three times the cost. Very pleased, thanks. Saved paying for a sparky too.

I purchased a Steelmate PTS400Q Rear Parking Assist 4 Sensor System from Elite Electronics. I installed the unit with 4 sensors but when testing the unit, I received a fault message on the LED screen. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that one of the sensors was faulty. I contacted Elite Electronics & explained the fault & what i had done to find the problem. After a few emails, their representative Liam said they would contact the importer & a new sensor would be shipped. Today the new sensor arrived & after installing this, the problem is now resolved. The system itself is of very high quality & would advise anyone planning to buy an aftermarket reversing sensor, do not go for a cheap Ebay version but invest a few dollars more in a high quality unit such as this one. The after sales service of Elite Electronics is outstanding & I would highly recommend both the product & the company.
