New Yamaha Amplifier. Excellent Price but Failed On Me
I purchased a Yamaha RX-V6A Home Theatre Amplifier to replace my 20 year old Yamaha that was still going strong. I wanted to venture into Dolby Atmos and take advantage of the HDMI facilities. Unfortunately it went into self protection mode within a month. I persevered with it for another five months and two services to reset it but it failed me yet again. Elite Electronics had it looked at by their repairer and it was decided to replace the amplifier. Their email communications were excellent. Having owned Yamaha products for years I think that this issue was a strange one-off. I am very happy with my new amplifier and I would shop with them again.

As Covid has hit us significantly. We were looking at a second heat pump to help keep heat and circulation through our home. This gem compliments our heating system very well. So simple to operate. We are so impressed with it we purchased one to gift to a friend. I may yet come back for another. ;) Thank you for a great customer service.

Purchased from EE a couple of weeks ago whilst piecing together a new home theatre system. Their website was easy to navigate and pricing competitive.
Within a day after placing my order, I was advised that it had been dispatched with TNT. That's quick.
Unfortunately, several days later, it appeared that I had not received my items. I checked the tracking service provided by TNT which indicated that it had been delivered the day after I received notification of dispatch (ie, two days after my order).
I reached out to EE and they were onto it quickly, confirming when it had been delivered and even who signed off on it (at my workplace). I had not come into contact with the person who had signed off in the meantime. In any event, EE kept on it, until the issue was resolved either from my end or theirs. So much so, that the next day the TNT driver that had delivered the package came past the office to advise staff here that the item had been dropped off on a particular date and advised who signed off on the package.
Long story short, the items were placed in storage and the only miscommunication was on my end.
