I was originally a bit dubious regarding using online shopping but I thought I would give this a go.
I was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered a product one day, received it the next without fuss. (Express post was nominated).
All emails were answered promptly and with courtesy. I have no doubt that I will be ordering from this organisation again and from my experience, would recommend their service.

The customer service I received was amazing it was fast easy and helpful although they could improve on shipping to remote areas like tell you if your area is in the low shipping cost zones or not
Not happy
My first experiance with these guys has been horrible. Paid express shipping and still havent received my parcel. Its not elites fault its theyre couriers fault. Star track is the courier expected to deliver but theyre hopeless , useless and just completely ignorant towards me. Id love to continue purchasing from here but after this experiance i wont be spending my well earnt money on disappointment
