Swift delivery and timely
Swift delivery and timely reply. Quick summary: Ordered on Monday night, dispatch confirmation Tuesday afternoon. Tracked to courier warehouse by Wednesday night. Delivered to my door by Thursday at 1pm. Detailed summary: Ordered a foldable treadmill for around $720 on Monday night and paid via PayPal. Received the automated email instantly. Their website states they dispatch orders after 11am each day and I hadn't received a 'real' email regarding my order by 2pm, so I enquired about its status. Coincidentally, the dispatch email arrived a moment after I sent my email, meaning they only send those out upon dispatch, which makes sense. As I live near their warehouse, I was curious to see whether they would use a local delivery service, but my order was treated like any other and on this occasion was picked up by Hunter Express just before 5pm on Tuesday afternoon. I received a follow-up email to my enquiry the following day, so about a 24hr response time. Hunter Express only updated my tracking once they had scanned the item into their Melbourne facility in Dandenong on Wednesday evening. They provided an approximate delivery period by Friday at the latest. The following morning on Thursday, I checked the tracking number and it mentioned that my item was on board for delivery by around 12.07pm. I figured the time wouldn't be 100% accurate, but it was nice to have a ballpark idea of when to expect it. The driver arrived just before 1pm and carried the heavy item over his shoulder directly through my front door and was quite friendly about it. I just had to confirm my name upon arrival. I opened the box up immediately, so I could make sure the treadmill worked properly. There were no issues and it worked perfectly. So to sum up, Elite Electronics probably won't make an exception to your order even if you live only 10mins away from their warehouse. So perhaps go for the pick up option if you're keen to get it faster. Their email response time may take a day, but I didn't have an urgent enquiry, so not sure if they would respond faster for those queries. Even though Hunter Express has a poor reputation online, the couple of times I've had them deliver to me, I've had no problems and they got to me quickly. Happy with my experience all up and can recommend Elite Electronics.

The BOOX Max3 - functional & easy to navigate website. Elite staff was happy to discuss product so decision was easy, delivery was as promised. After a few days I had problem with the Max3 which required return. Elite was happy to replace under warranty (it was a BOOX Max 3 issue).
