Smartphone Unlock
Unlock your U-Bolt lock from your smartphone using the smartphone app, providing that your phone is within range of the lock.
Smart Unlock
Should you not have access to your phone or the physical manual key, then you can punch in your pre-set passcode. For additional security, you can add random numbers before and after your passcode, and the lock will still recognise your pin; this will secure your pin from prying eyes.

I purchased and installed this Ultraloq 9 months ago at an AirBnB condo about an hour from house. We have successfully been able to assign renters temporary codes and have them gain access. We had one issue between renters where the lock stopped lighting up and then the key pad stopped working. The remote access still worked. The issue was that the connector was loose between the front and back of the unit. and it eventually cut off the key pad. By opening up the connection and reconnecting the wire (recommendation of the tech support) resolved the issue. Great tech support. Problem was fixed in minutes. I would say the remote access and notification process sometime has trouble and I need to restart my phone to get it to work.

Love it
Works great. Had an issue but the tech support got back to me right away. The features are amazing had it now for a few months. Alexa does unlock and lock the door. However, sometimes you need her to lock the door twice. She says it’s locked and it’s not but tell her again and it locks. That would be an Alexa programming error. The product itself is amazing.

Simple Installation and Easy to Use
I bought the keyed version and couldn’t be happier with it. I installed the lock and setup the app and bridge in under 30 mins. I matched with the matching door handle and besides giving my old door a modern look, it’s been great having the Auto Lock/Unlock feature as I leave and arrive.

Great lock, good value
We looked at a lot of locks before we settled on this one. The reviews and price range varied widely. We purchased this for an AirBNB house that needed to give guests easy access and to give us ease of changing/adding access codes frequently. We are pretty happy with the performance. It was not any more difficult to install than a regular keyed lock and the programming is fairly intuitive. We are most likely to get one for our own home in the near future.

Great options for unlocking and easy install
Really like the variety of options for opening the lock, especially fingerprint. I hate looking for my keys at the door. Didn’t take that long to install. I would recommend watching an installation video
