Piano Gloss Aperion Verus Grand Tower Floorstanding Speaker

Home Theater Review 2011 "Best Affordable Speaker Winner" awarded to the Aperion Verus Grand Speakers!

If you want the price of your speaker to be as real as the experience it creates, then you’re the reason we designed the Verus Grand Tower. We’ve handled the engineering and economics, so you pay thousands less for sound that lands you in the middle of the action. So you’re not watching a car chase—you’re careening around a corner, engine rumbling, tires squealing, pulse racing. You’re not listening to the blues—you’re sitting in a roadhouse in Mississippi, hearing the guitarist’s fingers slide on the strings.

To ensure a true-to-life experience from one end of the spectrum to the other, we combined the Verus Grand Tower’s four proprietary woven Kevlar® woofers and mid-range drivers with our patent-pending Axially Stabilized Resonator™ tweeter. This blissful match recreates movie audio and music just as the artists intended, for pure, powerful waves of sound.

Whether you’re building your dream music system or a home theater that rivals the multiplex, the Verus Grand Tower forms the foundation for performances so immersive you’re part of the show. And even when your ears are taking a break, your eyes will delight in the Verus Grand Tower’s striking good looks.

In 2007 I purchased my first Aperion speakers, the Intimus 5Bs. I used these for years on their own mounted on the bookshelf stands. I was so impressed at how they simply handled everything I threw at them with such responsiveness and clarity. I decided last year I would start completing my HT system with Aperions. I was a little upset Aperion stopped carrying the Intimus family in Cherry. So, I ended up purchasing a closeout opened box 5C Center in Cherry and a new Bravus 8A Sub in black. I was on the fence for a while about the front towers. It wasn't until after having an issue just recently with the Bravus amp and Aperion sending me a replacement amp under warranty that I decided to see if the Verus Grand Towers in Cherry could complete the system.

Let me just say that never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined my completed system sounding this good. I used my Integra 8.9's bi-amp capabilities with the Verus towers for the fronts and used the 5Bs as the surrounds. I did my firsts test with HBO's John Adams miniseries and with Rob Rodriguez's Machette, both Blu-ray discs in DTS-HD Master Audio. The sound stage is stunning for both action scenes or immersing yourself into an entirely natural landscape. When calibrated, the towers and the center literally disappear delivering a broad and enveloping experience. The bookshelf speakers handle the surrounds just as easily as they handled the fronts. And the sub continues to cleanly push out thunderous lows with no distortion.

And they have to be the best looking furniture in my theater. I was worried about this point but it actually works out considering how large and heavy they are. And believe it or not, you'd be hard pressed to notice the difference in finishes unless you put a lot of light and attention onto the Verus and the Intimus cabinets.

My one complaint about the towers is that they are advertised to have metal grilles. Having a cat with claws, this was a huge selling point. They are metal, but they are also covered in fabric which sort of kills this selling point. They are also impossible to remove without the "grill removal tool" which I was unable to find anywhere in the packaging.

All in all, what I got was much more than I expected to get. And with Aperion's proven customer service record I know I couldn't find a better deal on speakers of this caliber.

I've had my VGTs and VGC for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with them. I listened to, bought and returned numerous speakers including the VGBs. The company is great to deal with and I must have been a real pain for them. I bought their speakers, returned them, bought them again and finally upgraded them. After returning the VGBs the first time and buying different speakers I couldn't shake their sound, these speakers really did grow on me. So I bought the VGBs again and this time realized they were the speaker for me....well almost. I did exchange the VGBs for the Towers which I love but honestly I think I'd have been happy with the Bookshelves since I have a pair of SVS subs. The VGBs put out an amazing amount of sound for their size, but the Towers do have more output on the bottom end which you would expect. Also I think the finish is much nicer than most other modestly priced speakers. My only complaint is the quality of the front baffle isn't up to the same standards as the rest of the cabinet. All in all I think these speakers are an excellent value and I can't imagine a company offering better customer service.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these speakers. The velvet bags are a nice touch too.

I have been waiting for years to make the purchase of my wife friendly speakers. I have owned multiple brands over the years. The original wish list was the 633 towers. Wow was I happy to have waited for the Grand Versus towers. Spectacular service and products, I have never been so happy with an audio purchase as I am with Aperion. Make no mistake they are the ultimate in a budget high end audio. Do your self a favor buy me all.

Now to the sound. I have owned Klipsch heritage lines for years. Not wife approved by the way. The Aperions blow the Klipsch away in detail and texture. The fact that they are great foe movies as well as music is the number one reason for my purchase and do they ever deliver. Previous Definitive Technologies were pale in comparison as well. After the break in period the openness is amazing. If you like movies with all the in your face sounds and music with all the nuances recorded and intended to reproduce you better get your credit card warmed up.

These are the newest addition to my home theater setup, but a few months later, I still have the 'Wow' factor I had from the day when I got them cabled up and started using them. I actually purchased them through Amazon (I saw that they were in stock here, but not yet listed on Amazon with the finish I wanted - I called Aperion and they had them up on their Amazon store in about 15 minutes. Amazing service!) as I wanted to burn through a few hundred dollars of gift cards I had.

They're beautiful speakers, and even before I turn them on, I get compliments from family and friends on just how good they look. Once the music starts, however, the compliments stop... because they're as speechless as I was when I first turned them on.

I've never been good with talking about all the specifics of audio - when someone says something has a creamy mid, that doesn't translate to a specific sound, to me. I can't give you a review with a bunch of phrases like that - but I can tell you that these bring music to life unlike any of the speakers and brands I've owned or demoed in the past.

If you love music, you'll love these.

And as for their ability to handle home theater... Equally amazing. They're a building block for the rest of your system (Which Aperion will, I'm sure, be happy to provide as well ;P) and handle their duty as your fronts exceedingly well. To me the sound is as important as the visuals in making a movie immersive, and I've yet to hear anything that can draw me in like these do.
Thanks Aperion! David

Received my Verus Grands yesterday afternoon, and spent the better part of the evening setting them up and calibrating the system. I haven't gotten a lot of listening time yet, but I'm loving what I'm hearing so far. My previous setup was a 9 year old Onkyo HTIB which, at least as far as HTIBs go, was pretty good. But we're talking night and day between them and the Aperions. Especially on the high end, I'm getting a lot more clarity and detail that I simply never noticed before. I watched the opening car chase scene of "Quantum of Solace," and holy crap! I was literally gripping my armrests as the VGs every visceral detail of the flying bullets and screeching metal as car after car was destroyed.

My Blu-ray of "It Might Get Loud" is currently on loan, so I popped in "White Stripes: Under Great White Northern Lights" instead. I tell ya, if these speakers can keep up with Jack White on the guitar (and they can), there's nothing they can't do.

After that came the "Within Temptation: Black Symphony" Blu-ray, and was once again floored by this immense wall of sound coming from the VGs. And again, I kept hearing tons of new details and even whole instruments that I had not heard before. The band, the orchestra, the singer, and the crowd were all represented well with excellent definition so nothing was lost.

Suffice it to say, I will definitely be recommending Aperion Audio to anyone who will listen to me. Even if they might not be able to afford Verus Grands like mine, Aperion certainly has a diverse lineup that should be able to fit nearly any budget.

As you can see, I became a firm believer of ID companies.
They offer a superior product for the money and they do have to work hard at it since most people prefer a very well known brand.
And some of them make it to big magazine and this is how I found out about Aperion.

First, I have been very happy with my 7 DIY speakers.
Never had the need or the want to change them.
Then after a new line of speaker wish I have no doubt that got very good got reviews and were compared to the aperion which got me to do some reading online.
Went to their site and start reading very good reviews from pro-review and compare them against brand names worth a lots more money (2 to 5 times more).
I got very curious and decided, it was time for a change.

After lots of e-mails back and forth with Aperion I knew their customer service is just as good as all the above mentioned ID companies.
So I did put my order ($5150 after taxes, duties and exchange).

Was it worth it?
YES, I think I got 10% better sound (It come to a point that sometime to get 2-5% is difficult without spending a lot more).
Aperion did that for me.

Outstanding finish (mine are the black satin) and the sound is so clear and clean (my wife said that I am playing the movies louder, I guess loud is good as long as it it clean).
Lots of details (beware they do not forgive bad recording as my previous DIY, if it's there, the speakers will play them. i.e. you will hear the microphone on some recording)
L & R were so easy to set-up, I put my 2 VGT at the same angle as my previous set-up and sounded perfect (either pure luck or they are very very forgiving due the phase plug design [real phase plug]).
L to R or R to L going through the center was perfect to my ears.
Details on the bookshelf as surrounds was creepy (in a good way since I came from Bi-poles side surronds).

This review is more about background and history since I do not have the proper word to describe as how good they sound.
I did get rid of all shipping boxes within a week if as a point of how much I do love them.

I have had so many speakers come and go in and out of my system it's hard to recall
them all. From Revel Studios to B&W 802s to Paradigm Sigs to Maggies to Mythos to Ascend Sierra's to NHT's... on and on the list goes.
Much of this was by design, I wanted to listen to as many different speakers as possible, get to know their sound, their strengths, their weakness,
and how they performed in my listening room.... you should know our listening room is our family room, not the perfect environment for a speaker but it is was it is, so the speaker must be able to not only perform well in it's given space but also look good while doing it.
After all the speaker madness I've put my system (and bank account) through the little women and I came to an agreement that the madness had to stop. It was time to take all I'd learned about which kind of speakers performed best in my listening room, would fit in it's given space and look good doing it....
Enter the Verus Grand Towers and Center...
I'd never heard them before, of course I'd read the rave reviews, both professional and user,
and I'd determined they would physically fit in the space I could provide them....
so would the Ascend Towers and Salk SongTowers both of which I'd considered strongly before deciding the VGTs & VGC had more of what I was after...
curved cabinet design, speakers that could handle both music and movies, more drivers should help with movie dynamics, the ideal center speaker design, and if I didn't like them... free return shipping.
So I placed my order. A few days later the Center speaker arrived, the Towers a few weeks later as they were on back order.
As soon as I unpacked the center speaker I knew one of my speaker criteria had been exceeded.... WOW what a beautiful speaker!
The deep rich cherry finish and smooth curved cabinet design, not to mention its super solid construction.... and the best news, it sounds as good as it looks. Since the VGC has been in our system we haven't missed a word of dialogue.
Female as well as male music vocals are a treat to behold, rich, detailed, never harsh...
dare I say perfect..... really I couldn't imagine a better center speaker at any price!
So when the Towers arrived my expectations were extremely high....
the Towers didn't disappoint, in fact they reinforced the shock and awe we were experiencing from the VGC.... just more of it.
The VGTs have an effortless, smooth sound to them. They go deep, very deep, a quick check with Styke's Basszone CD shows strong bass performance down into the upper 20s. Imaging is spot on, soundstage is wide, deep and surprisingly high or tall. Upper bass and mids are powerful and rich with a sort of effortless presentation that pulls you into the recording. Highs are even better, silky smooth yet with a detail that brings out the "texture" of the recording in a way that makes you want to hear more and more, say goodbye to listener fatigue.
So as you can tell I'm in speaker heaven.
I've finally found a speaker that fills ALL my speaker needs....
Great sound,
Great looks,
Great product support,
Perfect size, (for me)
Double duty performers.... music & movies
Thank You Aperion!

I am not one for giving reviews but I will tell you that I am a very picky person and the Aperions did everything the other reviewers said and more. The professional reviews are spot on and I couldn't be happier. I purchased the VGT. VGC and the Versus Forte surrounds. You will also need the speaker brackets sold by Aperion as they worked perfectly the versu line.I also purchased the speaker wire sold by Aperion and it did make an improvement over the monter cable I was using.I believe the 14 guage will do fine as the monster brand doesn't specify what size but it wasn't as big as Aperions speaker cable and the straight wire looked much nicer. The only problem I had was the center speaker wasn't finished completely around the baffle but a black furniture marker could easily fix the problem but Aperion sent me a replacement. Talk about top notch customer service. These guys are great however it is better to deal with problems on the phone and not by the Aperion chat line.Again the speakers are beautiful and I have had many compliments on the fit and finish and quality of these speakers and they do sound truly amazing on top of all that. I did not realize what I was missing.I had a pair of vintage Polk Audio Rti 800 and they were good for there time but will have to take a back seat to the Aperions I will be adding a Bravus 12d sub latter on to replace the polk 350 I have as soon as I can save up a little money. I also was quite lucky as I just missed the price increase at the beginning of the year but the speakers are definitely worth the price and if I had to pay more for these speakers I would do it in a minute. Again words cannot describe how great these speakers are. Thanks Aperion!!!!! Extremely Satisfied Customer

Hi everybody,

I thought I would share with you my experience with Aperion speakers….

First time I heard of Aperion was earlier this year when my father came back from a trip in the US (we live in Canada).
While on his trip, he had the chance to listen to a complete Verus Forte system and was really impressed, to say the least !
Back home, he went listening to other brands of speakers but he was always coming back to Aperion.
Finally in mid-october, i ordered a complete cherry finish Verus Forte home theater system for him, with the Bravus 8D subwoofer.
The complete system came in 2 weeks later in perfect shape and needless to say the cherry finish is simply gorgeous as others have stated earlier.

We hooked everything to his Anthem MRX 300 and start listening to the Forte towers, no ARC, stereo only and no sub.
I still remember the first song we played, ‘’Your Latest Trick, from Dire Straits’’. To make a long story short, it was simply delightfull, no less.
Immediately the mids and the highs impressed me a lot, with everything being clear and natural.
Because of the size of these little towers, i was not expecting a ton of low end coming out of them, but i was in for another nice surprise.
As expected, they did not blew the roof out of the house but i find out that for their size, they were doing really good with the low end.
During the following days, we played with Anthem ARC and speakers position to get the best out of them and after listening to a lot of music, i ended up being really impressed by their performance.
The room is about 13’ X 16’ with 8’ ceiling and unless we really want deep bass, most of the time the sub is not used when music is played.

For movies, I did not have a chance to listen to any movie on this system so I cannot comment on their performance as a home theater system but judging by their great performance with music, i bet they are going to do well.

Then a couple of days later, back in my home and still stuck with what I call now, the '‘Aperion grin’’ in my face, i decided to pull the trigger for a set of cherry finish VGT as my birthday gift.
I choosed the VGT over the Forte because i have a large room area to fill, the living room, dining room and the kitchen being all open to each other.
I was a bit concerned on how the VGT would perform in a large area like that ......
I placed the order in early November and they came in 3 weeks later in pristine condition.
I hooked them to my MRX 300 and start listening to some music with my wife.
When we heard the first notes coming out of the VGT, we immediately knew they were going to fill the bill.
We spent the rest of the day listening to Mark Knopfler and his band that were followed by Pink Floyd and many other artists for a memorable listening experience that confirmed i had made the right choice with the VGT.

I don’t have the talent of some others here to describe the sound coming out of speakers and english is not my first language so it’s even harder for me to provide you with an highly detailed review on how these towers sounds.
Compare to the Forte, the soundstage coming out of the VGT is larger and of course, they have more low ends.
The sound coming from both towers, the Forte and the VGT, is well balanced with great vocals and highs, everything coupled with really nice bass for music. They really are a joy to listen to.
After listening numerous times to a pair of Tannoy Arden that belongs to a long time friend, and listening to some other good quality speakers over the years, i can tell you the VGT and the Forte are really great speakers, they have a lot to offer for the money.

We did watch some blu-rays with the VGT, using Polk RTi A3 i already have for surround, but no sub and center channel yet.
Nevertheless, this was, and still is, a great experience. Clearly the VGT are at ease in a home theater system, can’t wait to add the VGC center and a sub in 2013.

I did take a chance by ordering the VGT without hearing them.
Add to that that shipping to Canada is free for one way only, we have to pay shipping for return if we don't like them (and i understand the reason for that, i'm not complaining), and you can imagine how nervous i was when i pulled the trigger !
But after 3 weeks listening to the VGT and spending numerous hours playing with the Forte, i still have this '' Aperion grin'' in my face !
I think that says it all, the Forte and the VGT have found new homes.

That's my experience with Aperion, which was great in all aspect !
More pleased than with any other speaker I've owned.... Kurt

I think I have a day or so left on my 30 day trial.

I've played these speakers endlessly, listening as critically as possible with countless different source materials, inviting every neighbor, friend & family member I can to provide a balance to my review and resulting opinion.

Everyone, every single person that I've invited to hear these are extremely impressed with the accurate sound stage, clarity, and dynamic response that these provide.

I completed a step by step review from the day these hit my doorstep with photo's at:

If you're considering these I'd invite you to review my impressions at the link above, along with my extreme satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

It took me a while to find these but I'm so happy I took the chance. I was first impressed with the speed of shipping and then the packaging was nicely done. I fell in love right away when I saw the build quality. I had just returned some Definitive Techs and was not sure about buying speakers without seeing & hearing them first. But I couldn't find many mid-range alternatives locally. I am so glad I took a chance. Wow, they look great and simply sound very nice. Makes me want to play more music. They sound so better than the DF (BP-8060ST) I had recently returned. After returning those I decided no more speakers with the built in subwoofer. Ha, I would say that thse beat the DF speakers even without a subwoofer (to be purchased soon). They sound great with both movies and music. Very Nice. I can't imagine how much better my movie setup will be with the subwoofer. But it can only get better. Nice! My only complaint is the size of the center (large) but I knew that going in so getting it setup properly has been our only challenge. However a challenge well worth it. I'm very happy with thse speakers and would most definitely recommend them to my friends, co-workers, whoever. Anyone looking for super sounding "old school" quality speakers will like these. Build quality is top notch. A bit big and heavy, but so much better for the long haul. I expect these to last for years. Besides there is really no risk or issues with the 30 day return policy. Go for it. I doubt very much you will be sorry.

I have had my Verus Grand Towers for about a year now--and finally made it over here to post my review. These are by far the best speakers I have ever owned and they seem to sound better as time goes on. I have them set up with the Verus Grand Center speaker--and an SVS subwoofer. So I have them set as small/80hz. I use them primarily for movies--set in a relatively small 10x12 closed room--and they are incredible. I also use them for music--mostly streamed through Apple TV from MOG--I listen to a lot of classical music and they are perfect for it. Granted, streaming is not ideal even though MOG has the highest bit-rate among online streaming services, but the sound is impressive none the less. I consider myself a somewhat novice audio/videophile--especially compared to many who have far more impressive systems but I know what I like--and I love these speakers. Next up for me are the Verus Dipole/Bipole Surround speakers. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend Pekka K.

At the moment I use VGT speakers mainly for music listening, satellite radio and DVD. Speakers are connected with OPPO BDP-93 and Denon AVR-3312CI.

Great sounding speakers with beautiful cherry finish. Speakers were delivered on time and well protected. Assembly and setup was easy. After listening VGT over month I'm very happy of the natural tone of the sound. Crisp highs, clear mid frequencies with deep bass. Classical music, such as Sibelius Finlandia, is sounding the way composer himself wanted to listen it.

I can hardly wait for the next level of Aperion sound magic that will follow after this masterpiece.

Pro Reviews For Verus Grand Tower Speaker

After much homework…I’m so excited about my Verus Towers
I have been in the process of building a home theater from scratch. About 10 years ago I had a pair of Aperion bookshelf speakers…and loved them. So Aperion was on my short list. After much research on-line and at some local brick & mortar, I was also considering:
B&W CM10
Revel F206
Paradigm Studio 100 v.5

In the interest of trying to be brief and to the point, here are the highlights of the past ~30 days:

• While I absolutely love the looks of the Aperion’s – and their sound, I am very analytical and felt that I really owed it to myself to really challenge the speakers. While driving 2 hours to the closest store to listen to the Revel’s and Studio’s at a store, I called Aperion about my concerns of running out of time for my in-home trial. Speaking with Michael, he assured me that if I needed some more time to not worry. He then went on to say “relax and enjoy the process of auditioning…don’t make it a stressful time – just enjoy”. Can you believe a salesperson saying that – while you’re on your way to listen to their competition! How refreshing (because I was truly stressing)!

• I ended up buying the B&W CM10’s from a local store – after negotiating that I must return them within 7 days if I’m going to return them. BTW, even Michael at Aperion acknowledged the likely mis-match – that the Towers would be better matched against the B&W 8 or 9’s.

• I had both the Verus Towers and the CM10’s set up in my 14 x 18 x 11 room. I quickly found that to my untrained ear it was very, very difficult to tell the difference. So, on day 6, I had my 12 year old son assist my wife and I for a blind test. We played 10 songs with my son switching the speaker wires ½ through each of the songs. While my wife and I voted differently, when the votes were tallied we both had 6 votes for the B&W CM10’s. HOWEVER, the CM10’s cost $2k each and they barely won.

• I believe a major contributor as to why the comparison was so close was the equipment I used to power them. After much research (and guidance from Aperion) I chose the Emotiva UMC-200 for the pre/pro coupled with their XPR-5 (with 200+ watts/each for 5 channels). Total cost <$1,400.

In summary:
• I’ve had the Towers now for 2 weeks – and don’t look back. I truly love their sound – and looks.
• I did return the Bravus II 12D sub. No real complaints, I decided to go with the SVS S2000. While certainly not as sharp looking, it had a smaller footprint with great sound.
• I am still anxiously waiting to get the Verus center – they are out of stock and I’m using the Forte until the Verus is available. I can’t wait!
• I’m temporarily using some old rear speakers, but intend to upgrade to the Verus Bookshelves shortly.
• Michael and Donavon have been truly amazing with their sincere honest guidance/advice. I cannot speak highly enough for how their assistance has helped…even when they knew I was comparing them head-to-head with some very stiff competition.
• If you are in the market for upgrading your system, you owe it to yourself to call Aperion to discuss options they offer that would meet your goals. There is no sales pressure, just good/honest guidance. They have the confidence in their products – without the attitude that I found at the B&W store.

"At just over $3k for a 5.0 system and an extra grand for a the Bravus II 12D sub, the Aperion Audio Verus Grand speakers are not an impulse buy. But they're not meant to be. Aperion has attempted to put together the very best speakers they can for the least amount of money. I have to say, unequivocally, they've succeeded. The Verus Grand Towers image as good if not better than any speaker I've ever experienced (sans electrostats). The Verus Grand Center is a joy to experience and makes a huge difference with listening to multichannel content. Our in-room and manufacturers measurements of the speakers are remarkably similar showing that not only has Aperion created a speaker that can measure well in a lab, but can do so in a real world environment. With Aperion's free shipping and 30 day in home audition with free return shipping if you don't like them, well, you've really got nothing to lose. Except for $3k because there is no way you're sending these back."

"The Aperion Audio Verus Grand Loudspeaker System has redefined, for me, value in high end, which is why they earned the Audioholics coveted 2010 Product of the Year Award. These are the speakers to beat and will likely send many of their competitors back to the drawing boards, or in their cases, their engineering sound labs. Highly Recommended!"

New One-inch Aperion Axially Stabilized Radiator
We engineered the new silk dome ASR to handle frequencies beneath most tweeters. Now the mid-high frequencies emit the same crystalline tones as their counterparts in the penthouse. From the pluck of a violin string to the screech of tires, the result is pure, authentic sound.

Two 6" Kevlar Woofers
We use the strongest material coupled with extra-long voice coils to decrease distortion and bring in those low frequencies you love. Strong enough to drive the low end without a dedicated subwoofer, the bass response of the Grand Tower is truly inspiring.

Two 5" Kevlar Midrange Drivers with Aluminum Phase Plugs
Two mid-range drivers with aluminum phase plugs increase the Verus line’s power handling and dynamic range, filling the middle of the sonic spectrum. By recreating the full harmonics of a singer’s voice, the Verus Grand speakers produce vocals as rich as the Rockefellers.

Furniture-Grade Finish
The slim curves of the Verus line’s first-rate cabinetry make us think "supermodel"—but the primo acoustic qualities means she’d have to sound as good as she looks. The finishing touch for every Verus speaker is a high-gloss cherry-wood veneer or piano-black lacquer that’s so right for every décor, your coffee table will be jealous.

Bi-ampable 5-way gold-plated binding posts
Bi-ampable is the techie way of saying you can connect one amplifier to the woofer and the other to the combined mid and tweeter. Separating the low- and high-frequency wiring helps eliminate interaction, isolate power and reduce distortion.

The 5-way gold-plated binding posts let you connect your speakers any which way you choose: bare wire, banana plugs, spades, round pins or flat pins. Not only does the gold plating give your system some bling, it also serves a more practical purpose: to resist corrosion and provide the best possible connection to your receiver.

Magnetically Held Perforated Metal Grilles
To protect the speaker innards from accidents, pets or curious fingers, the entire Verus line sports perforated metal grilles that let sound flow through unchecked, improving imaging and reducing high-frequency reflection. Hidden magnets hold the grilles in recessed baffles.

Floor Spikes and Feet
Each Verus Grand Tower speaker comes with a set of floor spikes and feet. Isolating the cabinet from the floor can reduce vibrations and produce tighter bass.
