Received cameras same day which was awesome. The only issue is that the motion sensor goes off for any and everything.

I put one above my garage, and can read license plates of cars going by! The 4K is really amazing, you can zoom in and it's still crystal clear! Awesome.

I'm very happy with my Reolink camera system, the video quality is excellent and the person and vehicle detection are good enough to reduce false positive alarms (still not perfect, but compared to other camera systems is pretty good). When I received the system everything worked right out of the box, but there was a little damage to the power brick, their support was very responsive and got a replacement out right away. Couldn't ask for better customer service. I was pleased enough with their system and support I ordered an additional camera right away to expand the system.

I purchased this new reolink NVR to replace my older version and I can say its a huge improvement from the last one.The UI is significantly more responsive and better in terms of overall usability. If you are looking for a home security system with the ability to save files to the cloud this is it. I used the POE option as it avoids the need to run power. Just one ethernet line with a power injector and you're off the races! I did have one question about removing cameras (old in my case) from the NVR and Doris from Reolink got right back to me with an answer. I've also requested that they ADD AppleTV support! Overall complete package. If you can run ethernet wire this NVR is easy peazy!

As a retired service provider, I have installed hundreds of security systems over the past 20+ years. When I was looking to upgrade the system I already had installed in my home, I looked for one which would provide high resolution and would have the integrated technology to eliminate the false motion positives that my previous system had.I chose Reolink because it had all of the right features at an incredible price. I was skeptical, but figured with Amazon's return policy, I could give it a test run and send it back if it didn't live up to all of the hype in the product description.Upon receiving the product I was very pleased with the packaging. Every item clearly labeled and packed well.I decided to "test drive" the product in my lab before installing it around my house. Setup couldn't be easier. The on-screen menus were very intuitive and adapting the cameras to different orientation and lighting conditions. The entire process to set up my system took less than 20 minutes and worked flawlessly. In fact, it worked so well that the system discovered some of the cameras on my existing system and installed them too.It was at this point that I decided to order 2 additional cameras to replace the lower resolution ones I already had installed.Installation to my outdoor locations was also pretty easy, but I quickly realized that the screw provided were not going to work for me, so i replaced them with more durable construction screws.Due to the configuration of my house, I had to add extensions to 2 of the cables.The system has been fully installed for 2 weeks and I am extremely happy.

Great camera system. Only thing missing is some wifi. Otherwise perfect system.Update: I had some issues with the box restarting when I connected Ethernet. In the end updated the firmware through their help I was able to update and addressed the issue. They were very persistent with helping me address the issue.

Very easy to install and setup. The app is awesome and very easy to use. I have it recording non stop with 4 cameras and the hard drive isn’t 50% full yet. The new compression video is awesome for saving storage. I love system can detect a person or a car. Makes it easy for searching the video.
