This camera has a superb image quality superior to other 8MP cameras on the market today. Night vision is AMAZING!! I finally figured out that you should set the IP address of this camera to STATIC. Otherwise, your router (NETGEAR NIGHTHAWK) will change the IP address in DHCP Mode.

Very good quality picture. I have 4k amcrest but quality is not compare to amcrest. I love their user friendly app. I am writing this after 12 months of purchase. Also voice quality is excellent. I am using 120 GB sd card and work for me.

This is the third of these cameras that my wife and I installed. All three have noticeably stronger WiFi reception than the other brand of cameras that we previously had; thus they are more effective at any outside location around our house, in spite of aluminum siding on all exterior walls. Installation was easy. All we had to do was mount on the wall and plug into a nearby power outlet. The picture is crystal clear, and the app is easy to navigate.

I really like this camera! I've been looking for a decent camera model to replace my Nest and Ring cameras. I was unhappy with overall privacy and features offered by those cameras. I've purchased a half dozen brands before landing on this one.Pros:1. 5GHz WiFi in addition to 2.4GHz! This is a rare feature on a CCTV camera. Allows for possibly better bandwidth and communication depending on your wifi topology.2. Optical zoom is awesome! Works very well and image quality is pretty darn good.3. Comes with power extension cable. Nice inclusion if your power source is further away than a few feet.4. ONVIF, RTSP, RTMP are supported5. PoE and WiFi connection options! Great for re-usability, resell, etc.6. Comes with mounting equipment.7. Comes with P2P and Cloud app; I haven't tried it but great option if you're looking for an easy turn-key solution to use this camera by itself.Criticisms:1. 2x giant wifi antennas poking out! Why??? Nest, Ring, and other modern cameras don't need these -- why are these needed here?2. Device's web app uses Flash to stream video -- Flash is a dead technology and will literally be removed from Google Chrome in a few months from now (Dec 2020 approx). Basically video streaming does NOT working by HTTP.If you're looking for a camera for your home or small business to use with an NVR or some other custom solution I highly recommend it! It's not perfect but I've yet to find a reasonable priced camera that doesn't have any problems whatsoever. Check it out.

I replaced Chinese no brand with Reolink RLC 5111 W cameras and the installation was a breeze. While I realize these are labeled "made in China" the brand or Reolink carries a high quality, reliability, easy to follow, and customer support. The cameras are bigger than the common bullet type, but case is very sturdy and the cameras are of exceptional quality. I am getting the NVR and I can't wait to install it. For now is in my computer and iPhone. The 5 MP gives and exceptional quality day and night. I was hesitant to get the 5MP because they also offer the 4K type. After reading some reviews, I realized that although the resolution is a bit better than the 5MP, it takes considerable disk space. The 2.4/5 GHz is also a great plus. two of my cameras are 60 feet away and the signal does not drop as with the old cameras. Great cameras and easy to install.
