Steeped-up production quality (and a steep learning curve)
First time using a gimbal. Let me start off by saying that the learning curve for this gimbal (maybe any gimbal?) is steep. You'll need patience and time to get the hang of it. An in-person tutor is hard to come by right now, and so watched online videos to learn more about this specific gimbal. (As others have noted in their reviews, the documentation that's included with this device should be more robust.)Build quality is solid. Nothing "toy" feeling about it. And I'll echo what others have said about the balance: it's tricky.Was delighted to learn this gimbal will work with the Canon 5D MII camera. That's what I use for DSLR video, and this gimbal is compatible with it. And the software works fine on my iPhone 11.Bottom line: This adds cinema-grade production quality to your videos. Just know it takes time (lots of it) to get comfortable with it.
