Is it possible to charge my Galaxy Buds+ using previous Galaxy Buds charging case?
Samsung doesn't guarantee fully comparability between the Galaxy Buds+ earbuds and previous Buds charging case. We recommend using the supplied charging case with the device in the product package.
Remaining battery levels of each earbud are different even though I always use the earbuds together. What should I do for this?
This is a widespread issue with many Galaxy Buds+ users. Please update the Galaxy Buds+ software to the latest version using Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile device. Doing so should fix the problem.
