Unfortunately it was installed in a place that only ran mid/lows so the 3-way part is completely useless to me. EIther way they worked fine. Replaced a blown factory speaker and these go nice and loud and sound good. For some reason did not fit perfectly into the factory 6x9 bracket but I know that was a Chrysler issue, not Pioneer.Installed in a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 7 speaker Infinity system, replaced both front door speakers.

Very low cost, Very high quality! Pioneer knows how to make speakers!
$48 BUCKS SHIPPED!!! For $48 you would expect some super low budget 2 way speakers with poor sound quality right? WRONG!! I picked up 3 way PIONEER'S brand new for $48 shipped. Hard to believe but true and Pioneer really shows off their potential with these low budget high quality 6x9's. They have incredible sound quality and they go perfect with my pioneer headunit and MTX subs. I could not be happier. I also purchased front Pioneer 6x8's and OH MAN, it makes my 17 years old car sound BETTER than any brand new car in the market.

Great but not much bass.
I bought these to complement another set of Pioneer speakers I had purchased. These work great but the bass is lacking. Still, they sound much better then stock and they really sound clean when matched with my front speakers and my Pioneer Stereo. So far, I'm very pleased with them.
