Apeman LC650 Full HD Native 1080P Video Projector

I've been using this projector for a while and here are my thoughts. The first thing you will notice about this projector is that it is very portable. It can be brought to another room or a friends home and be quickly set up and running within minutes. Being that this Apeman projector is powered by LED light, there are no costly bulbs to wait to have heat up and cool down and the image is brighter than other LED projectors I've seen.The IR sensor picks up the remote well and the remote doesn't necessarily need a line of sight to the projector as the sensor is sensitive enough that it'll pick up remote commands within the room of the remote controller. USB connectors are great to have to share photos or play media from.Colors are balanced and vivid with customization settings available including trapezoidal adjustments for the image and there isn’t much heat that this projector produces. A white wall or projector screen is recommended for the most accurate colors and with a room that is dark enough, you could set up an image that covers the entire wall, or use it for a Halloween display. Overall, this is a good midrange projector that appears to be built well and fits the budget.

 Since we’re social distancing and mostly holed up at home nowadays due to the pandemic, this is a great alternative to going out to the movies.???? I watched Shrek when it arrived. Projected it directly on a white wall. The 4K resolution is unreal! I can’t believe how crisp the image is and how vibrant the colors are. This was with the lights on in the room. Had my eye on one for awhile and I’ve been doing research on a high quality protector that I can substitute for a big screen TV/monitor since my rented studio apartment is lacking in real estate. Also, something that won’t break the bank. So giddy when this came up in the search at my budget. I also haven’t been able to hook up my Xfinity Flex box until now. The straight forward hdmi connection brings sound and image as expected. I just love the fact that I can easily move a projector to another location and change the image size to whatever is needed. It beats moving a big screen monitor or tv any day. Just be aware that you can’t get focused image in small spaces-needs at least~5ft clearance. The sound quality is great. Fan noise wasn’t noticeable but standard external speakers are a must for louder audio in bigger spaces. Only thing I am looking for now is if they sell replacement backup bulbs because it’s just too good a product to not use for a long time.

This Projector is awesome! I can blow up the picture up to 300'! It's perfect for my office we can protect the screen for all three workers to see certain meetings. I also take it home and have outdoor movie nights with the family. The picture is so clear. It's easy to use. And i can easily connect it to my iPad, phone, and laptop.

Got this today and we set it up right away! Picture is great and bright. Can’t wait to have more movie nights with the kiddos and have some outdoors with them!

blew my expectations.

In general, the experience is great! I used it in my bedroom which is relatively dark.Pros:- 1080p native resolution, a rare find among the same budget level. Good resolution.- Brightness is good, given the dark room.- Noise and heat level is acceptably low.Cons:- No automatic keystone adjustment. Since I place it on my nightstand and need some angle, it needs a bit of effort to make the screen on the wall a good rectangle.- Only 1 HDMI input, meaning I need to frequently unplug and plug if I want to switch between TV box/Chromecast/Computer, etc.Need to know:- Need 2 AAA batteries for the remote controller.- For sound input, need to turn the Dolby sound config off on the TV box.

 I got this projector to use in my basement where the kids have a game room setup. Thankfully, it puts out enough light output where I can keep the lights on the lowest dimmer setting and the picture still looks pretty good. Obviously with the lights off it looks even better.Playing Super Mario Bros Wii (original) looked good, even at just 480p. Unfortunately my PS3 broke down so I couldn’t try a blu-ray movie too.At approximately 90 inches from the wall, the picture size is around 77 inches diagonal. Adjusting the focus is easy by twisting the lens and keystone using the remote. I could not find a zoom function though. My setup here is going through an a/v receiver with hdmi out to the projector. Had no issues with hdcp or anything else this way.

 Amazing buy. I bought during covid for a home theatre environment while in quarantine and it was such a great decision. My bf and I used to go to the movies often but now are cooped inside most days. I got the idea to get a projector when I brought one glamping with me. I had borrowed from a friend (school teacher) for the trip and loved it. So I bought this one for my apartment. You can tell it's better quality than other projectors. It's very quiet, compact in size, and has a cool feature where you can adjust the screen to get your desired viewing experience, wide or square. During the day, in our living room, light is hard to keep out and the video is okay for watching. But at night this projector is a rockstar! I connect it to my PC and can cast anything from the laptop screen through the projector. My bf and I have watched several movies with it over the past week and (I hear from the bf) it's great too for video games. If on the fence, buy this one. It also comes with a remote. It was strange that there are no buttons on the device so you do need to use the remote to select the connection to the projector. The projector I has used before deciding to get one had buttons. But the remote is a nice upscale feature. You will need two AAA batteries for the remote. The box comes with an HDMI cable which was a great surprise. So I only needed to buy a cable c to HDMI adaptor for my surface book and the remote batteries to get the home theatre fully up and running.

 We've been on the market for a projector for quite some time now. We were finally able to get one that was in our price range, so we took advantage of the sale they had going.Features:-Super easy setup-Menu is very intuitive-Easy to focus/adjust keystone for any surface area-Sound is actually really good and if you adjust the sound setting, there is a mode where it mimics 3D surround sound. I find it louder and has have an effect of coming of "3D" (the projector has a 2 speakers - 1 on the left side and 1 on the rear).-You can play media files off of a USB drive with many supported file-types, including MP4.-Supports Roku/Chromecast/Apple TV (any streaming device that has a USB port).-Great color/brightness/sharpness/contrast. The kids use it to play their Playstation 4.-Price.The only thing I was they could improve on is building an auto-focus or auto-keystone feature. It doesn't hinder my experience, however, because those features only exist in high-tier projectors.

 Projector I received was in great condition and had no problem setting it up .in order to test the Projector I have placed MP4 file on a SD card and the projector read the Mp4 with 4K videoon it immediately and can play Whole movie with great sound that is built in to system.We had little space for the Projector , but it is not as big as what I have been expecting and fits right in where I want it .In order to control the angles and widths , it can be done easily with the remote control that came with the Projector.Brightness of the the Projector is i blight and can produce a very focused imageRemote comes in handy when you have changed the channel that does not need a 4K and interface is very easy to understand for this professional Projector .I have the Regular TV but this porjector can be taken to any place and can be used for my work presentation with out all the wires .all you need is a power cable and HDMI or USB , for the price I am very happy with what I got.Testing out this porjectror compared with High-ended priced ones . I am very happy with the Projector that can produce the same.
