Give acurate stats that I can use to track my weight-loss

This is the second time I have bought these Tanita scales because they are the most accurate scales I have ever bought. My grandson borrowed my first set so I told him to keep them and I purchased a new pair for myself.

These scales are more accurate than my previous scales.

It does the whole body assesment of you when you set it up and I bought an earlier model some 15 years ago and they are very reliable.

For a product so vital for monitoring weight, visceral fat, muscle and more this is not the time to buy cheap. Get the best: Tanita. Everything as described and attractive. I suggest requesting packing around this valuable item

Good investment for health monitoring

These scales are consistent for body weight and this is the number 1 reason to by them. Weight yourself 5 times in a row and it's +/- 0.1kg and usually not even that. I had bought 2-3 low to mid range scales for $20-60 and even those that were well rated by reputable sources were crap +/-2kg.As far as body fat I don't know if it's accurate and I don't think a truely accurate body fat scale exists but it is in the ball park for sure. Importantly again it is consistent (+/- 0.5%) which is probably just related to how dehydrated I am. Therefore you can follow a trend if that's what you're into.I do think $150 is expensive for scales but my experience is that this was the threshold required to get something that does what is advertised, it's a hell of a lot better vales that a $60 random number generator that claims to measure body weight.Only had it about a month so can't comment on longevity but seems well built.Highly recommend, particularly if your want consistency in your measurements.Read full review...

Ok for checking your weight but the other stats seem to be a bit unreliable.
