What should be the order for adding water, essential oils etc.?

Add water first, followed by the essential oil, as the essential oil may block the Ultrasonic vibration plate and cause malfunction.


Can I fill over the 400ml max line?

You should never fill above the 400ml max line as this is more than enough for prolonged use.


What are the Timer mode settings?

The timer can adjust to, 60minutes/120minutes/180minutes/Continuous


Great diffuser

I own 2 of these now. Great diffuser/night light. Can run all night so is great for in the kids rooms especially if they are unwell. Runs quietly and has a good mist output
