Exceptional Sound Quality
I use these while working from home and the sound quality is exceptional. My boss and I both have them and it sounds like we are sitting in the same room next to each other when we are on a call. We have also heard from others outside our organization that our sound quality is the best they have heard on computer audio calls. The headphones are not anything special in the comfort department, but they do a perfect job with sound quality, which serves their purpose in my opinion. Definitely recommend these headphones if you're working from home or in an open floor plan office.

This is the replacement for old plantronics
Great highs and lows, versatile with USB/3.5mm , Noise cancels, and COMFORT for hours of use - its actually a step up in quality but you have to pay for it (other cheap headsets will only let you down and leave you with headaches- I have tried many) or just pay hundreds for the high end headsets?

Works perfect when connected to a phone
I kept this headset because it is working great when connected to my phone and when you call call a lot abroad you need a reliable headset. This one does the job very well. Now it has never worked from a pc... The microphone is much too weak so I purchased another one that is working wonderfully.

Very good headset
I've been using this headset for a week now and am quite satisfied.After working from home for a number of months and still no end in sight, I decided to splurge and buy a headset. My company will buy one but they are always check and don't work well.I use it connected to my laptop, but it works on my phone, too. The cord is really long, maybe 6' or more, which I like. I have a small, narrow head so I have to adjust it as small as it gets so there is a slight tendency for the ear pads to shift down by themselves. However, this doesn't happen often. Also, it's quite comfortable. I can wear it for hours and not remember it's there. This may be because my head is small, so the pressure on my ears isn't a much as it would be on someone with a wider head.Sound quality is good; no one reports any echos or anything while I'm using it.Overall, I'm quite please.

No technical issues with Windows like I had with MPow products
I purchased this after originally purchasing the MPow HC6 headphones, which kept plugging and unplugging constantly from my system. I tried every fix you can imagine, lurking through online forums for answers.I finally bit the bullet and spent more than I'd planned on these Sennheisers and so far, no issues! I plugged them into my USB and Windows installed a driver and so far, there's been none of the plugging/unplugging I experienced with the MPOW product.Not super comfortable on the ears, but certainly acceptable for hour-long meetings.I don't know what the Star rating for "Sheerness" means, so I left that rating blank.

Great headset but doesn't last long
Great headset. Un fortunately it stopped working 4 months after I bought it I'm not a mechanic or a technical expert so I have no idea what could have possibly gone wrong ( It never got wet wasn't dropped or stepped on...it was carefully & well-cared-for especially the cord

Good audio and mic but uncomfortable
The earpieces are very flat with little cushioning. These do not cup your ears. They were painful against the cartilage of my ears after an hour. The sound quality and microphone were great, but I need something for long wear.
